Description

Capo Testa is a small peninsula located in the north of Sardinia, a few kilo meters from Santa Teresa di Gallura. It overlooks the Strait of Bonifacio and is connected to the mainland by a narrow isthmus along which two beaches with fine white sand and crystal clear sea extend: Cala Spinosa and Zia Colomba. Capo Testa was used at the time of the Romans both for its strategic position and for procuring the granite present which was extracted and transported to Rome. From the seventies it began its tourism development and is now considered one of the most beautiful sites in Gallura.
