La Pelosa

La Pelosa is one of the best known beaches in Sardinia and is located about two kilo meters from Stintino. It is inserted in a fabulous environmental context: the water is transparent with shades ranging from blue to turquoise, the seabed is sandy and very low for many meters from the shore and is surrounded by soft dunes that welcome centuries-old junipers and Mediterranean scrub. In front of the beach stands the imposing construction of the Torre Pelosa, which gives the beach its name. It is a protected area and for this reason entry is restricted: only 1000 people can access it every day. Booking on the site is recommended.
