Cala Ferrazzo

Cala Ferrazzo is a very romantic and suggestive pink beach, located in the western part of the island of Santa Maria, in the archipelago of La Maddalena, in the north-eastern area of Sardinia. The cove is made up of two beaches divided between them by a rocky spur and its beach is made up of very light coarse-grained sand, of a beige-pink color, and is characterized by the presence of beautiful and particular rocks. The waters of the sea that bathe the shore of Cala Ferrazzo are light blue, turquoise and blue, particularly crystalline and brilliant, as well as embellished with golden reflections; the seabed is stony and sandy, but very transparent, full of fascinating outcropping and submerged rocks. The beach of Cala Ferrazzo offers a suggestive view of the wonderful island of Razzoli and its lighthouse. It is usually not too crowded, also because it is part of the fully protected area of the Maddalena Park and consequently is not easily accessible.
