Description
The Giardinelli Island is located in north-eastern Sardinia, in the Maddalena Archipelago between La Maddalena and Caprera. It is a small granite island connected to the Maddalena by an artificial isthmus, these beaches are characterized by fine sand and clear sea. The most famous and popular beach is called Testa del Polpo (Capocchia du Purpu) due to the resemblance of the huge rock that dominates it to the head of an octopus. There are no services, only piers for mooring boats.
