Museo Civico Archeologico ed Etnografico

The Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum is located in the municipality of Ittireddu, in the province of Sassari. Exhibition aimed at enhancing nuragic and pre-nuragic finds, the result of archaeological research carried out in the municipal area and in the nearby Monte Zuighe and Monte Pira. The museum itinerary is articulated taking into account the subdivision of the sections, the archaeological and the ethnographic one. Of great interest is the cast of the famous bronze model of nuraghe and hut found in the town of Ittireddu. An important part is dedicated to the Funtana nuraghe and to what was found in the contiguous village: two tables and a stone basin, a vase with 19 kilos of copper in ingots inside.
