Museo del Costume

The Costume Museum is located in the municipality of Nuoro and stands on the hill of Sant'Onofrio, in the heart of Sardinia. The museum houses one of the most complex and richest collections in the Mediterranean. There are about 8000 original finds, including traditional clothes and amulets, used as lucky charms or for decorations that represent Sardinian traditions and culture ranging from the late nineteenth century to the early fifties of the twentieth century.
