Description

Punta Niedda beach is located in the municipality of Barisardo, along the Ogliastra coast between the beautiful beaches of Sardinia. The beach is hidden and little known, characterized above all by its black volcanic rocks, from which it takes the name of Punta Niedda (Black Point). Taking a few steps between one rock and the other you can find small coves formed by coarse sand mixed with pebbles, always black, and by rocks of medium size. The sea has an average depth and has a bright blue color and sometimes emerald green, with beautiful reflections thanks to the sunlight. The beach is recommended for people who like to stay in relaxation and tranquility, out of the hectic life, immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub that dominates the surrounding area.
