Description

The Romazzino beach owes its name to the rosemary plant, which grows here in the middle of the Mediterranean scrub of Sardinia: “romazzinu” is precisely the Sardinia name of rosemary in Gallura. It is located in a splendid and exclusive stretch of coast that extends to the extreme north of Sardinia, on the Costa Smeralda, in front of the beautiful Maddalena archipelago with a panorama of islands and islets emerging from the blue of the sea. The beach is long, characterized by white sand slightly veined with pink hues where the presence of the granite rock on the beach is accentuated. The seabed is medium-shallow and sandy. All around an enchanting panorama of Mediterranean scrub that extends almost to the sea, offering some particularly delightful corners for those in search of peace and relaxation.
