Spiaggia di Campulongu

The wonderful Campulongu beach is located in the town of Villasimius, in the south of Sardinia. The beach is characterized by very white and fine sand that makes the colors of the sea between blue and turquoise, so much so that it looks like a swimming pool. The very shallow seabed for tens of meters makes it a very safe beach even in the presence of strong winds. The variety of fish and posidonia in the fodale are instead an ideal destination for snorkeling enthusiasts. On the left it borders with the Spiaggia del Riso, after a stretch of coast, which alternates sand with rocks eroded and shaped by the wind. On the right it is mainly sandy and has small white dunes and a pine forest that separates the tourist center from the sea.
