Spiaggia Is Mortorius

The Is Mortorius Beach is located in the territory of Quartu Sant'Elena, on the southern coast of Sardinia. The locality is so called because the ancient road that passed close to the cliff was very dangerous: many people in fact fell directly into the sea and met their deaths. Golden sand and white rocks alternate to give life to a dream landscape, where nature is king. It was once a military zone. Clear traces remain of some old disused anti-ship batteries. The seabed is sandy mixed with gravel and the presence of some rocks, the waters are clear and blue, suitable for diving.
