Spiaggia delle Farfalle

Le Farfalle Beach is located in the eastern part of Sardinia, in Capo Coda Cavallo, in the municipality of San Teodoro, just thirty kilo meters from Olbia. It is also known by the name of Cala Suaraccia, and is a small beach, about seventy meters wide, characterized by light golden and fine sand, crystalline sea with shades of color that vary between emerald green and blue. The seabed near the shore is low and sandy and is surrounded by a green and fragrant Mediterranean scrub of juniper and mastic which helps to give it a suggestive appearance. There is a pier from which the boats for the marine protected area of ​​Tavolara also set sail.
