Description

The Tower of San Pancrazio is located in the metropolitan city of Cagliari, in southern Sardinia. It is so called Tower of San Pancrazio because when it was built nearby there was a church dedicated to San Pancrazio. It has a twin tower which is called Torre dell'Elefante; they were built in 1305 together with the Torre del Leone which, severely damaged, was later incorporated into the Boyl Palace. In over time it was used both as a ware house and for museum exhibition.
